The breakfast was warm, had variety of options. The location was central, amazing to bus stop at St Swithuns roundabout.

Property was unique and romantic, we really enjoyed this place.
Everything was amazing, including excellent friendly staff who appeared well trained in customer service. The room was airy and romantic with comfy bed. Had such facilities, like an iron and ironing board, a TV, and a storage space.

The hotel is charming small, has incredibly attentive staff with a helpful member of staff. The room is extremely pleasant with seaview. The location is lovely and fantastic and adjacent to nice 10 minute walk to the centre and the nearest bus stop in about 10 minutes. The garden restaurant for dinner is what you need.

The breakfast was good hot and plentiful for the value; and the staff was very amiable. Our king room with a balcony, shower gel, for example was nicely furnished. The location was beautiful, really close to the promenade, the seafront itself and shops and clubs, in a cozy area.

Updated double room with a super king sized bed, balcony plus bedroom. Amazing central location, really close to Bournemouth or Boscombe and the restaurant where breakfast is served. Besides, easy to get to Red Arrows Memorial.

Place was unique and intimate, enjoyed the stay.
They upgraded me to a good sized and recently refurbished room with an amazing view of the sea. The location within walking distance of the beach was incredible. There was a good restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Great modern, recently refurbished units provided with coffee which is always welcome and a balcony plus comfy bed. Good service and unbeatable and amazing location near to boscombe beach as well as Boscombe and Bournemouth piers. Top-class and amazingly attentive staff, very enjoyable short stay.
